Finally hump day is over. I don't know if you stayed up past 10 to watch the latest episode of American Horror Story:Coven but I sure did. I just can't get enough of that show. The female cast is incredible...
Yesterday for lunch I had the most delicious salmon salad. As you guy know from a previous post if I could eat smoke salmon I would so so daily. My take on smoke salom salad consisted of fresh lettuce, onions, purple grapes, tomatoes, olives and honey mustard dressing. If you love salmon salad as much as I do share your version. Enjoy!
